Absolutely! Inspiration photos are a great way to communicate your vision for the project. The more input the better! Better yet, if you don't know where to start, we will discuss different building styles and themes. We won't start designing your project until you feel every detail has been communicated, and we know what questions to ask!

Tom's Custom Landscapes strictly adheres to local and state building codes. Our plans go through a strict review process with many entities. Our plans are stamped/sealed by a registered architect or structural engineer where applicable. We also call for every required inspection so you know your project was built in accordance with your local code enforcement agency. This is especially valuable if you ever sell your home.

At Tom's Custom Landscapes, we understand that every client has different availability and different needs. During our first meeting you tell us what communication methods you prefer, and that is how we will do it! You will never have to ask what comes next, we will have already informed you. We will provide design, permitting, and construction schedules so you'll never have to guess.
